Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns

  • We accept returns only for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Certain products (such as personal-use items, customized products, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return. This will be mentioned on the product page.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a 7 - 15 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If you need a different size or style, please return the product as per our return process and place a new order.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

  • If you need to cancel, please email us immediately at [support@rokkx.com] with your order number.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. It will take 5 to 10 days to delivery damaged products

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
