Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1. Returns
We accept returns only for products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Certain products (such as personal-use items, customized products, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return. This will be mentioned on the product page.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow a 7 - 15 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
If you need a different size or style, please return the product as per our return process and place a new order.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. It will take 5 to 10 days to delivery damaged products
6. Non-Returnable Items
Products marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
